Pine Ridge
Pine Ridge History
Pine Ridge Estates has the honor of being the largest equestrian center in Citrus County, Florida with approximately 50 miles of equestrian horse trails. While horses and nature enjoyment are a large part of the community, there is a sizeable component dedicated to the country club and bike trails.
In addition to the well-appointed community center with a variety of daily activities, there are ample tennis courts, horse shoe pits, shuffle board and a new playground. Integrated into this area’s beautiful landscape is a championship caliber 27 hole golf course.
Pine Ridge Estates is uniquely located in the center of Citrus County’s rolling hills on the west coast of north central Florida with elevations from 50 to 200 feet above sea level. The “Nature Coast” area also features abundant wildlife and water resources including many rivers and Fort Island Gulf Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
